You can pick up Your order yourself in WHO I AM store, pre-warning about this. The store is located at the address: Moscow, Malaya Nikitskaya, 8/1, working hours – mon-sun from 11:00 to 22:00.

Delivery with fitting is carried out by Pony Express courier service within 3-10 working days from the moment of order confirmation to the specified address.

On the day of delivery, the courier will contact you in advance to check the arrival time.

You have the right to completely cancel the ordered product at the time of delivery, or return the product after purchase within 14 days.

Paid orders are delivered by TNT Express service within 1-3 working days.If you do not fit the product or the amount of the purchase of the product was less than 10,000 rubles, delivery is paid by the recipient.

If the order amount is more than 20,000 rubles, delivery is free, up to 20,000 rubles — shipping cost depends on the location

We deliver orders worldwide by DHL, TNT and UPS Express services. It is possible to send only pre-paid orders.

When the amount of the order of from 60,000 rubles delivery is free, for orders up to 60,000 R. shipping cost depends on the location. You can pay online by card.

Payment is made after testing and fitting goods by client.
Final amount to be paid is carried out on a commodity waybill where all goods which client wants to buy are indicated.
Items for which a prepayment was not made are stored at point of delivery of goods for 24 hours. If client did not pick up order on time, it is annulated.
Using the gift cards or loyal cards for self-delivery is possible only if the order is prepaid on the website.
